Once contracted, energy supplier billing can still be inaccurate. Our systems and processes use actual consumption data to ensures billing accuracy. We validate every bill, checking the consumption, cost per unit and billing period are correct. Where we find errors, we raise these with the supplier and ensure they are corrected. We provide detailed reporting to support this process each month.

Bill Validation and Supplier Management
Our bill validation services ensure you pay only for the energy you use – preventing estimated bills and overpayments. Utility suppliers are managed for you by your account manager, ensuring the services and charges you receive are in line with your contracts and queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
Custom Reporting
We can create custom reports for you, showing energy usage across one or multiple sites, showing kWh or monetary values. League tables and Energy consumption dashboards benchmarked to KPIs with alerts are popular with our clients for improving staff awareness and driving energy-saving behaviour.
